Global KDE Themes

I've downloaded a host of KDE themes I'd like to be availible to all users; text files all point to adding the theme config file to /opt/kde/share/apps/kthememgr/Themes but these are .tar.gz files that inside have themerc files and not the ktheme files that are in the directory. Do I extract the themerc files and place them in /.../Themes or am I left to have every user add each theme individually?

Looking online, here at the forums, elsewhere, only points me to the above path and the same information time and time again mirrored. Anyone have experience in this area?

Extract them so all the theme subfolders would be in .../Themes ? I'll try that out; thank you

As for location of theme files; I've put all of mine in /opt/kde/themes so people can find them
