glibc error


Hi ,

I am running a componenet compiled and running it with gcc3.4.6.
Where it complains when i execute with the follow error message
*** glibc detected *** double free or corruption (!prev): 0x0000000010376c50 ***
and then cores .

Does anyone know why I am getting this error message please advise ?

Did you recently upgrade your version of glibc?

What is the output of this command:

$/lib/libc.so.6

Yeah there was a few different version of gcc on the machine ... but I am using gcc3.4.6
