Exclamation GLC: Problems with encoding - MP4 - Ubuntu 12.04

I'm trying to use GLC to record some gameplay for YouTube. Playing the .glc with
Code:
glc-play
works fine, however, if I try to encode the video to .mp4 with the script on the wiki (https://github.com/nullkey/glc/wiki/Encode), I get this:
Code:
$ glc2mp4 java-27245-0.glc
Warning: unsupported audio format

Note: glc2mp4 is the name I gave to the script

If I use the second method, the first command gives me this:

Code:
$ glc-play java-27245-0.glc -o - -a NUM | lame -hV2 - audio.mp3
Warning: unsupported audio format
If I use the FFMPEG to do it (the fourth method listed), I get this:

Code:
$ glc-play java-27245-0.glc -o - -a 1 | ffmpeg -i - -sameq -y audio.mp4
