gl-117 sdl problem
heres the problem: when i get the srcs for gl-117, i ./configure, make, make install (as root) and everything works fine. when i type the gl-117 to enter the game, it show the titile screen, says please wait, and bout 1 sec later, it exits, leaving me w/ a SDL parachute deployed. i recompiled it, and it still wont co-operate. anyone?
Seems like an SDL error,
Try installing the precompiled rpms they give you.. that usually helps, or reinstalling SDL from source. Also try installing it in /usr instead of /usr/local, that caused a few problems for me.

i checked sdl w/ my other sdl benchmarks (abuse sdl is VERY dependent on that kind of thing, so its a good benchmark and a good game, to )and they worked fine. gl-117 used to work, and now it just doesnt. maybe gl-117 is looking in the wrong place?
