gl-117 crashes after a few minutes.
 

Installed recently the gl-117 flyer fight game. Also, the nvidia accelerated driver from www.nvidia.com. The thing is, the game crashes after a few minutes playing. Google and the gl-117 website won't help very much. The controlling console will tell me

/dev/sequencer not found
Illegal instruction


Can anyone help me?



Using debian sarge and kde 3.3.2.

Try updating your GL, GLU, GLUT, and SDL, SDL_mixer versions if possible.
(BTW how far have you made it? I can't get passed Elite Dogfight lol)

I'll try those. I performed a apt-get upgrade recently, and maybe the game will hold on, this time. I didn't go anywehere yet, it has been impossible to even learn the game with these crashes...
