gkrellm without having Konsole stay open?

Can I have gkrellm without having Konsole be open? The only way I know of running it is going into a terminal and typing gkrellm .

grkellm&

*rubs eyes* How did I not see your post? Well, I'll delete the first part and leave this much:

Also, with gkrellm - you always want that around. Mine starts from an ice script but could start from ~/.xinitrc - probably a 'startup folder' or some such for KDE.

Or you can right click on your desktop and choose "create new link to application". Then click on the "Application" tab and browse to /usr/bin and choose gkrellm. Then click on the "General" tab and change the name to GKrellm. Click on "OK" and you then have a desktop link.
I run it on KDE and leave it open whe I shut down, then when I restart it automatically comes up.
