Give actions to folders

Hi, is there a way to change the default action of a folder in kde if it has a specific extension?
e.g. a folder is called /path/123.abc/ and I double-click it, instead of opening the folder, it runs "program /path/123.abc/"

Thanks,
SiW

I don't know about KDE, but ROX-filer can remember actions. You can probably use it in KDE.
