Gimp or something like it

Hi everyone, i was wondering, is there any way i can make gimp look and act more like photoshop i.e. a self contained window. Also , i was wondering if there are any gimp alternatives.

theres really no GIMP alternatives (OSS that is).

Try using the dev version of GIMP (1.3.17). Its got a more all-in-one look like Photoshop, that and its much much better.

its still based of those modules though.

You can also get CodeWeavers Crossover Office that can run Photoshop 7.
