gimp, new toolbox too large to fit in the screen.

Hya,

System
Debian wheezy, amd64
gimp 2.8.2-2 (Debian official package)

Situation
After closing toolbox window, new toolbox is too large to fit in the screen, so unable to get icons at the bottom.

Web search
There are several sites, where we can find the way to reset the toolbox size. However, problem is that we (at lease me) cannot access the reset icon.

Solution
Althogh not smart, editing the following file will resolve this situation.
Code:

~/.gimp-2.8/sessionrc
find "gimp-toolbox-window" and go several lines down to locate "size" line. This is the line to edit.

closing remark
Happy Penguins!

cheers

Thanks for updating the post with such detailed information, but couldn't you have used Alt-Click to drag the window up until you could see the reset button on the bottom?
