Smile Gigabyte graphic accelerator card support?


Does Linux Mint 17 support Gigabyte Accelerator cards, GV-R545-1GI in particular?

That card is a standard AMD Radeon HD5450 card, which is supported by AMD's proprietary driver and the open source radeon driver.
The radeon driver is installed by default on Mint, the AMD driver can easily be installed through the "Additional drivers" function.
