giFT network plugins + Xorg shapes missing
 

Hi, the 2 are not related, but i have 2 problems at the mo, which i cant figure out....

1. everytime i run anything eye-candy orientated like desklets etc... from the console i get:
Xlib: extension "SHAPE" missing on display ":0.0".
Xlib: extension "SHAPE" missing on display ":0.0".
Xlib: extension "SHAPE" missing on display ":0.0".
Xlib: extension "SHAPE" missing on display ":0.0".
Xlib: extension "SHAPE" missing on display ":0.0".

about a million times.
iv updated Xorg - its happened to every slackware 10 installation i have. normal programs run fine. and sometimes it does it but the program runs fine anyway - it happened the most when i tried to run KXdocker - it happens both under gnome and kde. kxdocker ran but went horribly wrong and half the screen went to the other side and i had a big red square in the middle of the screen etc lol.


2. in giFT, iv installed these pluggins:
- ares
- gnutella
- openft
- fasttrack

but only the fasttrack network comes up under giFTcurs or giFTui - iv done the configuration correctly and when i run the config prog again it saids that its complete. duno wots going on there. the fasttrack network works ok.. the others just dont come up.

but still, if any1 could help that would be nice,
