gftp: define message size...ssh2 (message_size is too big)

Hello

I just tried to connect to my linuxserver via "gftp", but it doesn't work. When I log in it messages:
Code:
Error: message size 1936943199 is too big
I get the same effect when I log in to my localhost. under "options" I can't increase the message size to more than 2147483647.

Where can I set the allowed message size to endless? Or how can I tell the server (in /etc/ssh/sshd_config) that he has to use smaller message sizes????

on google and in different FAQs this issue is already treated, but nothing helped me.... the keys of both stations are accepted....
I don't understand anymore
could please anyone give me an advise?
thanks&regards
pablo
