getting segmentation violation while executing binaries

Hello,
while trying to install Planeshift and Eternal-Lands from the binaries, I get a segmentation violation ( not sure its the right translation in this case, it prints Speicherzugriffsfehler). I'm not posting that in the Games subforum, cause I think it's a general problem while executing the binaries. Im runnig FC5 on a laptop (Pentium M 1,76 GHz, 1 GB ram, ATI mobility X600, frglx.dirver installed), if anbody could help me, it would be great, thank you.
my message log is:

You are correct Speicherzugriffsfehler does mean segmentation fault.

Please read this; http://www.redhat.com/archives/fedor.../msg01178.html

Pay special attention to the 'Conclusions' section and visit; http://rpm.livna.org/
