Getting rid of VIsta for XP, have a quick ?

When I put XP on, it'll likely overwrite GRUB making it so I can't get into Linux, how would I go about putting XP on and not losing Linux?

Unless you have two drives and you can install windows to the second drive, it is inevitable. Just make sure that you have a livecd handy so you can restore your GRUB. It's not difficult at all, just check these forums or google for a how-to.
