Getting mcsSprinklers for windows to run on Linux

I plan to use mcsSprinklers on a dedicated machine to control irrigation valves though a module.

I've emailed the developer about Linux compatibility - waiting for response.

I am new to Linux and I know nothing about programming.

Any suggestions?

Here is my thread about deciding which distribution to use.

I thank you very much!

Other than starting it up in WINE and seeing what happens, there is not much else you can do. Either it works or it doesn't, basically.
