Getting Flash Movie from a Website

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum but I'll post anyway.

There is a flash movie that I need to get from a particular website so that I can use it during one of my classes at school.

The movie is located at It streams in the web browser, but I would like to be able to save it on my Laptop so I can show it to my students on Friday. The problem is that the school does not have net access so I can't visit the site while there.

Is there a way to save this movie on my Laptop? If so, how?

1. Open page in firefox
2. View page info
3. Go to Media tab
4. Save media clip
