getting Eterm on the background at startup on openbox

i got Eterm to be on startup in openbox and in the background you know it looks cool when you add to it some transparency, anyway the "problem" is that Eterm is shown in the taskbar in my case in cairo-dock so i can minimize it or maximize it, anyway what i want is to not appear there...
is there a way to do this?

Well, it may not be a perfect answer, but you could use Fluxbox instead of OpenBox + CairoDock. Fluxbox have both Window manager and taskbar in one, so with very little work, you can customize it to do exactly that.

cairo, dock, eterm, openbox, startup, transparency
