getting an error saying tix is needed by dgdm-1.1-1 how to get over this

I am tring to install a Digi AccelePort XP 4port, I have the drive and I am able to install this in a another machine with Red Hat Enterprise Server 3. But I try to install it on a new server with the same Red Hat the rpmbuild go ok but rpm -ivv dgdm-1.1-1.i386.rpm abortes halfway saying

erro: Failed dependencies:
tix is needed by dgdm-1.1-1
Surggested resolution:
tix-8.1.4-92.i386.rpm

can any body tell me how to get ove r this pz
