Unhappy GetRight or Any Software like for RedHat7.2

I have been trying to download Samba but It always stop around 98%-99%. Is there a software that I can install on RH7.2 that behave like GetRight where i can resume my download when the connection cut off. Thanks in advance.

Use wget. Open an x terminal, cd to the download directory and command

wget -c <url of file>

-c is the continue flag.
