download 'the Warty live CD' (ubuntu)

As 1) not always works, I would try to find a way
to let isolinux use or boot into a /grub which also
could to be on the DVD ... if I was forced to have
only 1 DVD.
(I wouldn't use such a solution at all. To use a
universal tool, I would have "Smart Boot Manager"
or something similar on a separate CD or floppy.
Will generate a new "menu list" every time you
have a new situation, and save it to RAM just
with a push on a button).
