Get all messages from news group
 

I'm using Knode - news reader with KDE3 from within fluxbox. I have a few news groups I subscribe to, and I'd like to know if there is a way to download all messages, rather than just the headers. I mainly want to do this because I want to read them offline.
If I can't do this with Knode, is there something else that will let me do it?
I've read through the KDE handbook and couldn't find anything

Linux news programs download headers, not the whole messages. You should try with other software. There are some programs that wil get those messages, but now I don't remember any name ;(

Run a leafnode server on your workstation and point knode to localhost rather then your ISPs newsserver.
