What is the best (easiest, fastest, uncomplicated, free,...) geotagging program for linux?

I would like to add coordinates to images. The program should allow to save coordinates of popular locations. Ideally it should save coordinates of these popular locations together with a radius (specified by user) so that I can add all images which are within the range of the center of the circle to this location.

It would also be good if things like country, city,... could be added automatically based on the coordinates.

Lastly, it would be good if I could add non-geographic tags with the same program.

What about Geotag --

'Course I'd really like one of those cameras with a built in GPS receiver, but...

Hope this helps some.
