Gentoo problem running vmware.
Ok i have vmware emerged but im having trouble configuring it. It said to run /opt/vmware/bin/vmware-config.pl as a note at the end of the ebuild which i have done but it still doesnt work! i now get this error when trying to start vmware:
Quote:
bash-2.05b# /etc/init.d/vmware start
* VMware Workstation is installed, but it has not been (correctly) configured
* for the running kernel. To (re-)configure it, invoke the
* following command: /opt/vmware/bin/vmware-config.pl.
* VMware is not properly configured! See above. [ !! ]
bash-2.05b#

and this error when trying to run it

I have compiled the kernel myself (obviosly because im running gentoo :)) would the kernel headers be in /usr/src/linux/include ?
