general video converter to mpeg4(ipod)

is there a general video converter taht will convert from cue/bin and other formats to mpeg4 so i can put them on my ipod?

I don't know about cue/bin nor ipod resolution, but there is an application called "gbDVDenc" which rips from a dvd and converts formats to mpeg4:
