Hi all, i have no clue what to do here, im running Debian sarge 3.0 and i installed ruby and Rails using the apt-get command last night. But the program im trying to use doesnt seem to be satisfied, so can anyone help me figure out how to fix this?

The error code:

Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanx in advance!

What are you doing that causes this error? I am assuming that you are trying to run a rails app that you did not create right? If that is correct edit the config/environment.rb file by changing the RAILS_GEM_VERSION line to the version you have installed.

Ive solved it ty.

kromberg this is a off-topic question, but i clicked your link that took my to your site( i think ). I was just curious, how come you dont like a KVM switchman if you have two machines?

Also, what manufacture did you get smaug from? And is it good for 100+ client logins/logouts/account managing etc.

Thanx

The machines that do not have monitors and/or keyboard attached I access through the network. I only need to hook a monitor to them rarely and when that is needed I connect an ol cheap'o 14" CRT I have in a closet.

I picked by smaug off of ebay for $200 and picked it locally. Kind of a steal if you ask me. It is made by Intel. There is an badged version that Gateway sells and it is like their 955 server, but I might be wrong. If it had the 2.0ghz processes and 8GB of memory, I think it would handle 100 users pretty easily.
