gd-2.0.15.tar.gz install


1) run the make command
[root@localhost gd-2.0.15]#make
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgd
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [libgd.la] error 1
make[2]: exit `/root/gd-2.0.15' directory
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] error 1
make[1]: exit `/root/gd-2.0.15' directory
make: *** [all] error 2
what's wrong???

2) writed 'redhat RawHide- i386' in Distribution
what do mean the 'redhat rawhide- i386'????
