Gcc Problem: I Cannot Compile Simple C++ Programs

Hi,

I cannot compile simple c++ program using command cc/ gcc.

I will like to know that can I uninstall gcc and reinstall it or what????

Please help me out.

Use g++ to compile C++ programs.
Make sure you also have the bin-utils package installed.

Did you try g++ command? What distribution are you using?

In Ubuntu,
sudo apt-get install build-essentials
