gawk command in NS2


i am using the following command to extract data from a trace file named "voip.tr", i wish to plot the latency of voip over sctp (code is available at https://sites.google.com/site/networ...voip-over-sctp)

i am using command "gawk--file=latency.awk voip.tr"

but my terminal says "gawk--file: command not found"

ant kind of help will be welcomed as I am very beginner in this field.

You are missing a space : gawk<space>--file=latency.awk voip.tr
