Not really. Just type "wine setup.exe" or something like that. You should have setup wine correctly, and make sure that you have write access to your c: as the user you are running wine as.
Ok I have all that setup but I get this error message when I try to install Shadowbane.
Warning: could not find wine config [Drive x] entry for current working directory /mnt/cdrom; starting in windows directory.
/usr/bin/wine.bin: cannot find 'Setup.exe'
get winetools to make your fake windows drive, and get winecheck to examine your configuration and it will output your results on the accurateness/inacurateness of your wine setup.
