Games for ubuntu

Hi,

I've got an old PC (AMD something 1,3GHz , 512mb ram, 64 or 128 mb Gforce mx-440) running Ubuntu. I am looking for some games for it. The games is for kids age 6-8 years, a driving game would be swell.

I am not great with ubuntu (yet) so the easier they are to install the better.

If I could download a game-pack or something containing several games, it would be perfect.

Any sugestions?

tuxcart for a driving game..

Check my blog entry for links to 'educational' resources including games for kids. (gcompris, debian jr, schoolsplay etc..)

Then you can always browse through the games forum here for a ton of other options.
