Gaim + Ssl

I'm having problems with GAIM + SSL. When I removed the packge mozillaxxx (that offers suport to SSL) my GAIM stoped run!

He says: SSL suport is needed by msn... etc etc..

How can I install this suport without mozilla "plugin" ?

I'm using Slackware 10 and Firefox! ;~)

Soluction:

Use the SSL suport from firefox...

Edit /etc/ld.so.conf
Add path (/home/mds/programas/firefox, for exemple)
And type: ldconfig as root!

Finish! :]
