Gaim Questions

1. How can i get it to minamize the taskbar?
2. How can i get rid of the budy ticker BUT keep msn like alerts?

I'm not sure how to do that in Gaim but you might want to try these other multi-instant messenger clients:
Kopete
CenterICQ
They are better than gaim and can probably get what you want done.
