Unhappy gaim-gaym plugin on openSuSE 10.2

Anyone else been able to get the gaim-gaym plugin to work with gaim 2 beta 6?

I'm running openSuSE 10.2 and can't seem to make any progress. every which way
I turn I run into dependency issues that don't resolve themselves.

I had this working on Fedora Core 6 (with gaim 2 beta 5).. oh why did I switch!

got it working
install the gaim-devel package
download the .tgz version from the berlios site
extract
./configure
make
sudo make install

i didnt really explain how to do that well becuase I'm just assuming you know how to compile from source. If thats all gibberish to you, then let me know and i'll explain better.

Thank you for your help. I hadn't downloaded the qrc file before because
I'd thought this was another project (unrelated to the gaim-gaym plugin)
the filename is misleading.

Now I have another problem. I can't find a file for SuSE friendly version
of the development files for gaim 2 beta 6. All I find are rpm files either
for Fedora or beta 5

you're wanting gaim 2.0beta6?
beta 5 is the only one i can find right now, as well. However, if i remember correctly, the gaym plugin doesn't support the 2.0 series yet
