Yeah, I did have GAIM working fine until this morning when I tried to upgrade to 7.0. The installation didn't seem to work so I thought I would clean-out the older version. Well, I removed all the gaim files (whereis gaim) and tried again. That still didn't work.
I'm really hoping I can either get 7.0 to work or at least get my old version to work again...
Yeah, sweet fun for all of us. Why don't they just get it into their heads that we (multiple client users) aren't going to give up. There are too many of us, too many programs & not enough reasons to use each proprietary peice of software. Really lame.
What do you guys think of 0.70? I'm loving it so far. It is much cleaner, I think, and the whole Yahoo! thing is nice to have again.
