GAG Deleted GRUB

Ok so I installed GAG thinking "Oh it just another of my collection of ten bootloader/mangers to add to the list" But I realized that it couldn't recognize Linux so I uninstalled it. But the uninstaller beat GRUB to death and restores Win's MBR. How would I fix this FROM WINDOWS (xp)
Edit: I have accsess to the kubuntu and ubuntu live CDs.
Distro that's GRUB got overwritten: Kubuntu

Ok I have diceded onsomethig else: is there an easy way to just wipe the partion Linux is currently on and re install it. I installed it literally yesterday and haven't done anything so this is an easy rout. The fix boot thing would of helped but I don't have internet...
Using: Kubuntu Full install

reinstall of grub to the mbr doesn't require an internet connection. From the live cd either try the boot-repair or chroot into your system to repair grub.

I don't have any CDs left (I wasted them all on Linux distros trying to dicied on one and for the programs I make) so the other option is SUDO APT-GET which uses Internet. I should probably reinstall it anyway as I cut the surge protector during the installation when it got to languieg packs... My speakers fell behind my computer... Wow... Why does hardware hate me?
Edit: Sorry but where is that boot repair thing?

you should be able to restore grub using the kubuntu or ubuntu live cds that you have access to. boot repair is suppose to be on the cd's also but not sure
