Red face g77 is not...

OK, I´m trying to install a program under linux suse 9.0.

I run the makefile and nothing happens, the bash only display the following message:

f77 -0 -c -0 main.f
make: f77: The program is not found
make: *** [main.o] Error 127

and stop

What is wrong???????

Greetings to everybody

F77 is the Fortran 77 compiler which does not appear to be installed. I would assume that you can install it via YAST.

gcc-g77 3.3.3 (GNU Fortran Compiler) is the full name

http://www.suse.com/us/private/produ...l/gcc-g77.html

Its included in Suse Pro, but likely not in Suse Personal.

jozsef.. it is really too hard to actually finish a thread title rather than just fading away with dots? you putting those dots there imply that there IS more to say... so say it. cheers.
