fwbackups won't execute automatically

Backing up works manually, but automatically (from crontab) is not. It always drops only this line in log, rising debug logging level does not throw anything else.

WARNING : An error occurred while initializing the backup operation!

It is run under root account (needed because of access to some files), maybe somewhere there lays the problem, but I can't see why.

Anyone experienced with it?

Thanks...
