FTP Website on Web Server?

How would I go about getting my FTP server to have a website on my Apache web server? I know that sounds retarded, what I mean is, similar to the front ends roundcube/squirrel mail for postfix, is there one of these for vsftpd? As of now I use filezilla to connect to my FTP server, I have SSL encryption and use explicit FTP.

If you mean a web-based UI then Webmin seems to have a module for Vsftpd. Should you really, really go the Webmin way then do ensure it only is accessible over SSL and only from the admin addresses you use.

I do have webmin already, unless I can create user accounts that don't have privilege to anything other than logging into vsftpd I will try that, thanks btw.
