Ftp


I'm on Mandrake 9.1, using KDE 3.1. How do I go about making my own FTP server? Can I use gftp to do this?

gftp is a client. You will need to install a server such as vsftpd.

also, i don't know if you have a perticular choice of a server, but since there is a HOWTO on LQ.org then you can start with proftpd if you'd like
