Smile Frontpage And Redhat 9.0

Ok, i have been trying for a long time to get a server pc up to host a website. What i am trying to do it to upload Frontpage Server Extensions onto a system with Redhat Linux 9.0. I have Microsoft Frontpage 2000 which is only for Windows right? Well What i want to do is to be able to create a frontpage web on this computer (running XP) and then to transfer them through the network to the redhat machine with the server extensions. Will that work? If so please send me the WHOLE process, since i do not know how to do any of it. (I'm a beginner with redhat ).

Thnx a whole lot,

P.S. If i don't get this working....
