fresh install of mint 18.2 on 2006 mackbook


looking for a tutorial on how to perform a fresh linux mint 18.2 install on a 2006 macbook, i cant seem to find anything specific for a 2006 macbook thank u please help

Burn the iso of ubuntu mint and boot on it.

To boot on the CD hold down the "C" key of you keyboard

Then follow the instruction on the screen.
If you don't know what to answer at one of the question, leave the default option and you should be ok with that.
