hello i am using kanotix hard drive installation which has kanotix preinstalled on it.

now whenever i do to the kanotix menu and select "start freenx server" (after a su) i only get a blank command line. no text at all.

i dont know why this is and i dont know how i can set up a server such that i can log into my computer from anywhere.

after the first time i open it and it is a blank cl and i close it the consecutive times i open it the blank terminal disappears.

are there are commands or things i need to set up?

i already did port forwarding on my router for port 80 and port 22 to this computer.
