Question Freenet: Idiot's Guide?

Folks:

Is there a how-to guide for Freenet? I'm having trouble finding ways to edit the settings for the node, etc. About the most I can do now is start freenet and open the web interface and I keep getting the error:

Quote:
There was an error determining this node's physical address(es).
Please make sure <ipAddress> and <listenPort> are correctly set.
Note that you may put a host name in the <ipAddress> field if you have a dynamic IP and are using a dynamic DNS service.
Thanks,

--GT
