Free partition editor?

Hi, I'm new to the forums.

Anyways I'm getting a refurbished laptop for free, and want to dual boot slackware and windows xp on it. I'm already dual booting slackware on this laptop, but my problem is the refurbished laptop doesn't come with a windows install CD. So I'm assuming it will all be installed under one partition. Is there free partition editing software like partition magic?

I spent a good amount of time googling, but found nothing relevant.

Oh, you wanted to know WHAT?
Check out parted/qtparted. Also ntfs_resize (if an ntfs partition).

I know for a fact it comes with Berry Linux, Knoppix, and Mepis. Mandriva's DiskDrake is also very good.
