Fortune Mod - Homer Quotes

I have installed Fortune. I have also installed the fortune-mod-homer (

I want to see only these quotes and not other quotes installed by fortune by default. Is there a command to show only qoutes from homer.dat that I have installed? Or I will have to remove all other .dat file so that fortune is forced to only this file.

To only get fortunes from homer.dat you simply call fortune as such:

fortune homer

Or, you could delete the .dat files associated with the default fortune files.

From man fortune,

"If a particular set of fortunes is particularly unwanted, there is an
easy solution: delete the associated .dat file. This leaves the data
intact, should the file later be wanted, but since fortune no longer
finds the pointers file, it ignores the text file."
