Unhappy Formatted my redhat, and can't boot to windows.. PLease help..

Hey guys can anyine help me fix my old school comp (wel not that old a P3) I had windows 98se on one partitian and Redhat 8 on the other. I decided to format my redhat, so i loaded up partition magic 8, and i formatted the drive that contained it. It switched my drive back to fat32 and everyhting was going smoothly until.... I restarted my computer. I get the grub screen loading up now(and don't know how to use that), and when i boot off my windows bootdisk and type "win" to load it up, I get

While initializing device IOS:
Windows protection error, you need to restart your computer.

Well when i do that it boots me back to my bootdisk do it again and same thing.

can anybody please help me find a way to boot up to my windows, thanx....

What is the linux name for your win98 partition
if it is hda1 then:
at grub prompt:
root (hd0,0)
chainloader +1
it will boot into win 98 easy.
replace the (hd0,0) by using this nifty table
hda1 --- (hd0,0)
hda2 --- (hd0,1)
hda3 --- (hd0,2)
hdb1 --- (hd1,0)
hdb2 --- (hd1,1)

get the idea???
