fontforge problem reencoding

I need to 'change' encoding in font with fontforge. because the text editor I use cannot select (TTF) font code page, some glyph need to be moved around.
it seems that 'Encoding/Reencode' option just displays them in different order, but after exporting, all glyphs are in same place.

how to do it?

solved, by manually changing 'unicode value' in 'glyph info' for each glyph.
