Fluxbox with partial GNOME support

After using Gnome for about a year, I want to switch back to Fluxbox. I wanted to wait until Fluxbox got Gnome-support, but i haven't been able to figure out what it actually supports.

I know that Fluxbox supports KDE-icons on the toolbar, but does it support Gnome-icons aswell? And does anyone know if NetworkManager works under Fluxbox? :)
