fluxbox slit transparency on startup

first of all... here is my fluxbox session

ok... it's not that great... but as you can see i'm a noob (even if i am now a [slackware]NooB :P)

when i start fluxbox the slitbar (ONLY the slitbar) has no transparency... so i need to use the menu command i enlightened in the screenshot (i.e. restart) to get my alpha settings working

my question is, how can i get the slit transparent on startup? or how can i force THAT restart on startup?

edit this line:

session.screen0.slit.alpha: 255

in your ~/.flubox./init file.

change the 255 to a lower number..prolly the number you've already used. save the file, and everytime you boot up into flux, it should stay the same for you.

that line already contained the alpha i setted... it just doesn't seem to be applied on startup... i always need to force a restart of fluxbox after it starts, or it won't work
