I downloaded the package but I don't know how to install and make it appear on my xwmconfig. Can someone help me?

If you downloaded the Slackware package, you install it with installpkg fluxbox_package_name.tgz. That should put things in the appropriate place to see it with xwmconfig. If it doesn't, do it, you'll need to create a new file in your /etc/X11/xinit directory. Just copy one of the existing files and replace the last line with fluxbox.
